Airlines, accommodation providers, transport companies, tour or activity operators, insurers, payment providers, embassies, immigration authorities, and other third parties operate independently. Their own terms, decisions, availability, schedules, service standards, amendment rules, cancellation policies, and liabilities apply.

Flyways Club does not control and cannot guarantee a third party’s performance, inventory, price, timetable, approval, safety decision, refund, or remedy.

6. Prices, availability, and confirmation

Any discussed price or option may change until the relevant provider issues a valid confirmation and any required payment is completed under applicable terms. Currency conversion, taxes, fees, local charges, and payment-provider costs may also affect the total.

7. Traveller responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveller names and information on time
• Review all dates, routes, inclusions, exclusions, and conditions
• Obtain and carry valid passports, visas, permits, and required documents
• Follow health, safety, customs, security, and local-law requirements
• Attend check-in, transfers, appointments, and services at the required time
• Disclose relevant accessibility or assistance needs early enough for review
• Maintain appropriate insurance and contingency arrangements where needed

8. Changes and cancellations

Changes, cancellations, missed services, no-shows, schedule disruptions, or force-majeure events may be governed by independent provider terms and may involve fees or non-refundable amounts. Any coordination support Flyways Club can provide will depend on the agreed scope and available third-party options.

9. Intellectual property

The Flyways Club name, website design, original text, graphics, and other protected material may not be copied, sold, republished, or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law allows.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flyways Club is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, reliance on outdated third-party information, provider acts or omissions, authority decisions, weather, security events, health events, strikes, border restrictions, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
